What is REALLY Causing Your Chronic Pain?

During my struggle with chronic low-back pain I persistently sought out a solution in the physical body. I felt the pain in my back, and I had tightened muscles there, so I assumed it was a physical problem. 

I could not have been more surprised to find that my physical pain was just a symptom of the real problem. When we hear that our pain is caused by tension, it may sound like a foreign idea, but perhaps you already know that your muscles are tight, and maybe you have been told that by a doctor or a chiropractor. Where is that tension coming from? Why is it happening? How can you make it go away?

Those were all questions that I had as a suffered with chronic pain for decades. Happily, I was able to figure it out for myself, find the answer, and literally make my tension, and pain disappear in weeks. 

Maybe you too suffer from chronic pain. Perhaps resolving your tension, and better managing your emotions could be the answer for you too?
