Feelings of freedom

 The theme of my website was just updated with an impressionistic illustration of children playing in a field and holding balloons. It reminds me of spring and hopeful musings about the still new year.

The feelings of freedom and joy expressed by this image are the emotional sensations that I wish that everyone could feel on a frequent basis.

Sometimes we have to recognize the light hearted moments that are occurring  in our lives everyday.

If you don't find those delightful moments often, stop once a day and think

"can I find a little cheer in what is going on right this minute?"
