  1. Name(s): Shen Men, Shenmen, Heart 7, HE 7 
  2. Meridian Number: H7 
  3. ​How to find this point: Near the far end of the large crease where the hand meets the wrist there is a pronounced bone (pisiform bone). Find the bone and then drop down just below it. Don’t go outside the bone onto the tendons. That is the Spirit Gate.

4. How to activate the point:  This point can be worked with either steady pressure or with a gentle circular motion. 
5. Benefits: This is a very powerful point, which helps to nervousness, anxiety, worry. It calms the spirit, and the mind.
